A 70% deposit is required to confirm and schedule your order. Production will commence once Pineapple House Interiors has received:
a signed quotation or written acceptance;
confirmation of the deposit payment;
approval of all drawings (where applicable); and
all final specifications, including dimensions, finishes, fabric selections and any other relevant information.
Should any required information be outstanding, production will be delayed until written confirmation has been received.
2. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
As each item is handcrafted specifically for you, made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.
Should an item not comply with the approved specification due to an error on our part, or if a workmanship fault is identified, Pineapple House Interiors will repair or replace the item at its discretion.
3. Client-Supplied Fabrics & Leather
Where upholstery materials are supplied by the client, these must be delivered to our workshop or the clients decorator no later than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled completion date.
4. Inspection of Client Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all supplied fabrics and leather have been thoroughly inspected for flaws, imperfections or damage before delivery. Pineapple House Interiors cannot accept responsibility for defects in materials supplied by the client.
5. Product Warranty
Our workmanship is guaranteed; however, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect or incorrect care.
The longevity and appearance of upholstery fabrics and leather depend on how they are used, maintained and protected from environmental factors such as direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Leather is a natural product and will display unique characteristics such as variations in grain, colour, healed scars, insect bites and other natural markings. These are considered part of its beauty and authenticity and are not regarded as defects.
6. Amendments to Confirmed Orders
Once an order has been approved and released for production, any requested changes may result in additional costs and revised lead times. All additional expenses arising from such changes will be for the client's account.
7. Final Payment
The outstanding balance must be paid in full before any goods are released for collection or delivery.
Please allow sufficient time for electronic payments to clear before arranging collection or delivery.
8. Storage
Completed orders should be collected, or delivery arranged, within 10 days of notification that your order is ready.
Where collection or delivery is delayed beyond this period, Pineapple House Interiors reserves the right to charge a monthly storage fee equal to 5% of the total order value until the order has been collected or delivered.
9. Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery destination and will be quoted separately where applicable.

11. Factory Collections
Collections from our workshop are by prior arrangement only and require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Please inspect all items carefully before leaving our premises, as responsibility for the goods transfers to the client upon collection.
12. Delivery Inspections
All deliveries should be inspected immediately upon arrival.Any shortages or visible damage must be clearly recorded on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before it is signed. Claims submitted after an unqualified POD has been signed may unfortunately not be accepted.
13. Lead Times
Any production or delivery dates provided are estimates only.Whilst every effort is made to complete orders within the anticipated time frame, delays may occur due to material availability, supplier lead times or other unforeseen circumstances. Should this happen, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
14. Access & Installation Requirements
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all commissioned items can be safely transported into their intended location. Please consider doorways, passages, staircases, lifts, ceiling heights and any other access restrictions before confirming your order.Where delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, or collection is delayed beyond the agreed date, storage charges may apply.
15. Handcrafted Textiles
Many of the fabrics selected by Pineapple House Interiors are traditionally hand block printed by artisans using centuries-old techniques. Unlike machine-printed textiles, each length of fabric carries the subtle variations that are the hallmark of genuine craftsmanship.
Minor irregularities in print alignment, colour, pattern placement and texture are an authentic feature of the handmade process and are celebrated as part of the fabrics individual character. These natural variations do not constitute defects and will not be considered grounds for replacement or return.
As with all natural and handcrafted products, slight colour variations may occur between production batches and under different lighting conditions.
Thank you for choosing Pineapple House Interiors. We feel privileged to create pieces that become part of your home and your story.Every item is thoughtfully crafted with care, and we sincerely appreciate your trust in our team.
